Raise your hands, lift your voice (Worthy) – Small Ensemble

Lyrics

Raise your hands, lift your voice,
Let your heart and soul rejoice;
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
For he’s worthy to be praised!
He is worthy to be praised!
He is worthy to be praised!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
For He’s worthy to be praised!

He is Lord, He is King,
To His feet your tributes bring;
Praise the Lord . . .

He is prince, he is peace,
He will make all conflicts cease;
Praise the Lord . . .

He is Spirit, He is love,
He’s almighty God above;
Praise the Lord . . .

Lyrics

Please note the second verse refrain is followed by a Coda.

Raise your  arms up to the sky,
Raise your hands and lift them high;
Praise the Lord in heaven above,
Praise the Lord heaven above.
Praise Him with your heart and soul,
Praise him for He’s made you whole,
Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord,
Praise the Lord in heaven above.

He’s our God, the Three-in-One,
Father, Holy Spirit, Son;
Praise the Lord, He’s King of Kings,
Praise the Lord, He’s King of Kings.
Praise Him with your heart and soul,
Praise him for He’s made you whole,
Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord,
Praise the Lord in heaven above.

Raise your hands,
Raise your hands,
Oh praise the Lord!

An Angel Appeared To The Shepherds (Brycheiniog – 4 Verses) – Piano, Flute, Horn And Cello

Lyrics

An angel appeared to the shepherds
As they tended their sheep on that night,
Foretold of the birth of the Saviour,
Who would banish the dark with His Light.

He told of a sign that would guide them
To the place where the infant would lay;
For God placed a star in the heavens
As a sign on that first Christmas Day.

So leaving their sheep far behind them,
With the star shining brightly above,
They followed the sign to a stable,
Where they worshipped God’s mercy and love.

They knelt at the altar of heaven,
All their gifts and their praises did bring,
Though they saw the tiniest baby,
All their worship was poured on a King.

Praise Jesus, Reigning Now On Earth (Richmond – 4 Verses) – Organ

Lyrics

Praise Jesus, reigning now on Earth,
High-seated on the throne;
Praise Him who grants us second birth,
Then takes us for His own.

Though weary in our earthly life,
Now we have been set free;
Freed from our troubles, toil and strife,
Now thus will ever be.

So now we sing eternal praise,
To Christ who is our King;
Rejoice and worship all our days,
To Him our tributes bring.

Praise Him below, Praise Him above,
Our songs of joy we’ll sing;
We’ll praise God’s everlasting love,
Praise Jesus Christ, our King!

Come, Let Us Sing To God (Dover – 3 Verses) – Organ

Lyrics

Come, let us sing to God,
Come, let us shout for joy!
Let us all worship Christ the King,
The manger-cradled boy!

Come, let us sing to God,
Sweet love songs for His Son,
Come let us worship Christ the Lord,
Come, O my Saviour, come!

Come, let us sing to God,
And all your praises bring;
Let us all worship God’s own Son,
Our Saviour and our King!

O, you are worthy (Hereford – 4 Verses) – Organ

Lyrics

O, You are worthy, our Lord God,
To You creative power belongs;
All glory, Lord, and honour too,
We praise You with our joyful songs.

The Cherubim and Seraphim
With heav’ns angelic throng rejoice;
For all things have been made by You,
All things created by your choice.

Now holy, holy, holy Lord,
Now upward rise the ‘ter nal song;
Thrice holy Lord, to whom our praise
Is giv’n with joy the whole day long.

Worthy are You and only You,
To all our songs and praise receive;
As with our worship we aspire
For You all glory to achieve.

Jesus came down from above (St Bees – 4 verses) – Organ

Lyrics

Jesus came down from above,
Telling us of God’s great love;
He’s our brother, Lord and friend,
And on him we can depend.

He has paid the ransom cost,
To redeem the poor and lost;
Lame men walk and blind men see,
When He calls them, “Follow Me.”

When His promises we claim,
He will set our hearts aflame;
He will grant us when we serve,
Blessings more than we deserve.

His the glory, His the praise,
Songs of royal worship raise;
To His feet your tributes bring,
Praise and glorify the King!

All for Jesus, great Redeemer (Beecher) – Organ

Lyrics

All for Jesus, great Redeemer,
I surrender heart and soul;
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
He’s restored me, made me whole.
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
I am His throughout my days;
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
I will live a life of praise.

All for Jesus, gracious Saviour,
Till I meet Him face to face;
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
Stand restored by divine grace.
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
Voice and hands to Him I raise;
All for Jesus, all for Jesus,
I will sing eternal praise!
