  4. Dear Richard
As a recently appointed Joint Secretary of 153 Squadron Association (Bomber Command) I am involved in the project we are calling ‘153 at 80’. We are producing a series of videos sharing the history of the squadron from October 1944-September 1945 to commemorate the 80th anniversary. I am writing to seek your permission to use the recording of The Last Post in our videos of remembrance of the crews lost. The squadron history records 99 men buried in known graves and 48 men with no known grave. Our aim is to post a video on the appropriate date of each crew lost. I post these videos on the 153 Squadron Facebook page.
I will, of course, acknowledge as you have posted in a previous reply “ Performance ℗ 2021 Richard Irwin Music. All rights reserved. Used with permission.” My next video is due on 2nd November.
    Thanks in anticipation, Shelagh

  7. Hello,

We normally observe the Remembrance Day silence with a service and live bugler.

Unfortunately due to some ongoing works we cannot do the service as we would normally, however we still want to observe and honour the silence.

    Can we please have permission to use;

  8. Hi Richard,

I left a request yesterday on this site. That request seems to have disappeared. I’ll give it another go.

Please can we have your permission to use the recording during The British Legion’s, D-Day memorial this year in Hailsham. Full credit will be given at our next meeting on the 14th May, if permission given, obviously.

    Many thanks

    Yours Aye

    1. Dear Steve,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to your request and I am very sorry if this comes too late. Please have our permission to use the recording for this occasion if it is not too late.

  10. Hi Richard,
Could I please use your rendition for my Radio show / Podcast at the end for remembrance Sunday.
This would be very much appreciated and will introduce it along with your name.

  11. Hi,
May I use this on a simple Facebook post and is it ok if I were to remove the silence? Obviously I would link to the download page and a credit.

    1. Dear Patrick

Thank you so much for letting me know. I have been fighting some technical issues on the web site this morning and this may have been behind the issue. I have hopefully fixed them now and just successfully tested the donation form, if you would like to try again.

      Joy and blessings

      Richard
