This isn’t The Scout hymn this is ‘Tell out my soul’, the lyrics and music were written by Ralph Reader and the copyright is held by the UK Scouts. This is the music and lyrics https://www.diehardia.com/docs/clickDie/theScoutHYMN.pdf. I hope this can be rectified at some point in the future.
