Jonathan Franklin (1760-1833)

Jonathan Franklin (1760-1833) was an English hymn writer and non-conformist clergyman who began his career as a Baptist Minister in Croydon, near London. He was appointed to the Redcross Street Chapel in London in 1808. There he remained until his death aged 73. He wrote several hymns.
