Andrew J. Scobie (b. 1935) no biographical details are known, but he and his family appear to be strongly associated with Cardross Parish Church in Cardross, Dumbarton, Scotland. They recently gifted 10 new stained glass windows. The theme of the windows were inspired by the words of the Hymn Look forward in faith and the words from the Prophet Isaiah.
