Robert Walmsley (1831-1905)

Robert Walmsley (1831-1905) was and English hymnist born in Manchester. He was a Congregationalist and primarily worked as a jeweller. He was associated with the Manchester Sunday School Union, many of his hymns being written for the annual Whitweek Festival. He published 44 in Sacred Songs for Children of all Ages, 1900.
